Our brand new location near FM 1960 features luxury amenities: 2 swimming pools and hot tub, a community room with flat screen TVs, a fully equipped exercise room with large screen TV, 2 laundromats open 24/7, dog washing station, full hookups, clean showers & restrooms, and all concrete, large wide drives. High speed Wi-Fi is included. We are located next to Mercer Playground, Post Oak Picnic Pavilion, and beautiful Mercer Botanical Gardens, minutes from I-45, I-59 and the Med centers. We are close to Bush Intercontinental Airport, Humble and Kingwood.

We have 2 swimming pools, with a pool side pavilion, tables & umbrellas, lounge chairs, and rocking chairs for you and your family to enjoy. The front pool has a hot tub and rear pool has a splash pad!

Our exercise room is equipped with brand new treadmills, weights, ellipticals and cycles.
Community Room & Kitchen
We have a fully equipped kitchen in our clubhouse community room, available to reserve for private parties.

Our RV Resort offers direct access to Cedar Creek Hiking and Biking Trail System. We are located steps away from Mercer Playground and Post Oak Picnic Pavilion, perfect for taking the kids out to play.

Our RV lot is all concrete with wide spots and driveways. We have 195 pull-through sites and 60 covered sites.
